​We ask that you remove your pet(s) from the area, for both the safety of your pet(s) and our service professionals.

​Please take note that it is your responsibility to ensure that the service area has no exposed outlets or extension cords which could be hazardous to our service persons, if they should come in contact with moisture. 

Also, Shiner's does not allow their service employees to operate in your residence/business alone. There must be someone present within that establishment during the scheduled appointment.

Our Shiner's service people can not receive a key to enter any home or business.
